It is hereby excluded any defecta arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence (including improper storage), improper installation or maintenance, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow SAGOLA's instructions (whether oral or by written), misure or alteration or repair of the goods without SAGOLA's aproval.
